The new year is a perfect time to remind yourself that each day offers the opportunity for new beginnings.
Set an intention. Make a plan. Think short term and long term in a variety of areas of your life: nutrition, fitness, mental attitude, work, love, leisure.
Happiness and well-being are currently at the top of my personal list. Each day I will remind myself to approach the world with gratitude, wonder and joy. And because feeling good is integral to well-being, regular exercise, meditation and a healthy diet are key. Eating real foods (not packaged, processed or re-shapened foods) with an emphasis on plants, drinking lots of water, and avoiding processed sugar are all part of my nutritional plan.
